Hi, I’m Marie Tindall, an Organizational Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Counselor with a Spiritual Psychotherapeutic approach who specializes in transforming organizational group dynamics. I work with leaders to lead authentically from heart and soul. To think outside the box and connect to the universal wisdom that is meant for you. When I look at our communities, our countries and our world I see much beauty. In the surroundings and in the people. I also see that most of the people are not happy. I see that the school system is not working, the rate of suicides have increased and our young people seem to be lost. Within the government there are adults that are still demonstrating, what I can best describe as school yard antics, they are out of integrity and in many cases are not acting in the best interest of the people. Our young people know that they don't want to live a life without joy and yet most of them do not seem to know how to get that. They are looking to us for leadership- These are the same people that will be leading the next generation so they need guidance and a leadership model that works for them to create a peaceful world. These young people of today require a different type of leadership- They require Heart Centered, Soul Guided Leadership. Nothing less will do. I am guided to lead the leaders of today, to and through this transition in order to create a peaceful thriving world. It is possible! But I can't do it alone!
