• 8 workshops 2.5 hours to ½ day each (Suggestion: over a 4-6 month period)
• Creation of a Workplace Wellness policy and plan (with a wellness team or Health and Safety)
• Up to 20 Individual well-being consultations

• Peace within, maintaining and acting through peace
